I’ve been feeling for a while like food is going to be a part of my future. One thing’s for sure – France will be a good place to start. And it turns out I was already on the right track way back in 2014 when I shot and edited this video.
I spent a weekend in Huelgoat in Brittany, France half learning how to make bread from Yann and Adelaïde, half shooting this video.
When I first shared it, the video took off locally and ended up being screened at the independent cinema house in Saint Renan as a short before the main feature for a while.
I left France seven years ago. Now I’m back, and it’s time to start imagining my next foodie adventure…
